Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission has given its result for written examination for the post of Assistant Engineer(MPPSC AE 2022), In this recruitment a good number of vacancy is there for Civil Engineering domain (427) and a sum of 41 vacancy for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Domain. A total of 3,019 students have been shortlisted against the advertised vacancy which is nearly 6 times the vacancy. The Short listing is based on the written exam which carries 450 marks and the final merit list will be prepared after interview which has a weightage of 50 marks.
The weightage of Interview is 50 marks but it plays very important role for the final selection since from the analysis of past year interview marks it has been observed that interview marks varies between 18 to 44 out of 50,which is a very large variation and will create huge impact on the final selection. The state engineering service interviews is very different from PSU interview in many aspects and require a totally different approach for its preparations. So a serious MPPSC AE aspirant should take interview preparation very seriously and plan their preparation strategy accordingly.
