After completion of the one-year training, trainees are appointed as Scientific Officers in Group 'A' with a salary pay of Rs. 56,100/- in the pay matrix. Additionally, they receive a 42% Dearness Allowance (DA) and various monthly facilities such as transport allowance, house rent allowance, site location allowance, and annual professional update allowance.
