Interviews conducted by Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) for the post of Assistant Professors (AP) for various Engineering colleges or that for lecturers in Polytechnic colleges has three broad domains from where questions are framed as mentioned below:

1. HR question related to you, your job experience, academic background, any gap in your education and career, place you belong to, questions related to Bihar, your district, Government policies, your views for educational system of Bihar and any other question asked arbitrarily from the candidate.


2. Question related to your technical subjects, projects, internship etc.


3. Teaching skill test related to particular topic
