Technical Questions related to your field




Since it is teaching job interview conducted by BPSC for post of lecturer and Assistant Professors (AP), you should have very good knowledge of the technical subjects especially related to your specialization if you have done or doing master or PhD. If you are mechanical engineer and doing M Tech in thermal sciences then majority questions will be asked from thermal only. • Board should be managed very well, everything must be written very neatly and with good hand writing, write on the board as if students are to prepare their notes on copies on the basis of whatever you are writing


• Make sure you don’t need to erase anything on board while teaching


• Maintain eye contacts with the panel while teaching


• Provide some unique information about the topic to the panel


• Focus on the applications and practicality part of the topic through some examples


• Teach in simple way so that even weak students also understand


• Make sure when the skill test is complete and panel ask you to come back and sit on your chair, you erase the board properly and put everything in order in their proper place
