"You have got a job which is offering you good salary but there is bond period of two years. You are also waiting for the result of your dream company (PSU) and it is expected in 15 days. You are to take immediate decision to join or not the job you are getting. What will you do?"

• The decision to join the job or not depends on many factors related to the background of the individual who is to join the job. Decision will
not be same for everyone.
• We need to know the situation and background of the person who is to take decision, like when did he graduate and what his social and family
support in terms of financial support. How long is he preparing for the dream job? What are various options in hand. What if he leaves this job and
also get rejected in the dream job etc?
• The decision also depends on how was his interview and written marks for the dream job and what is his probability of selection. What other such
dream job options he has in future. How difficult was to get the job which he has got. Is he happy with the work profile (salary is different thing) of this
job being provided to him?
• Now suppose he is fresh graduate and his family is ready to support him and he is not very much inclined for the job he is getting due to not very good
profile and he is confident to get into PSU job then he should not join the job and instead wait for the dream job result.
• If he is graduate for last couple of years and he is having unstable support system and getting impatient now. Parents are asking him to join the job he
got after lot of difficulty and also, he is not very sure about the result then he must join the job.
• Sometimes an individual is in urgent need of salary and money to surve and support his family in that case he must join the job. Maybe this job as of
now is not looking like dream job but once you join, you realise that there is huge growth potential in that, so this can also be good option.
• If you desperately want your dream job and you are ready to slog some more time though already many years you have put effort and you are
confident about your passion and capability, then you should not join the job and must persevere.
