College Project

Group Task Preparation (GT)

"Situation"
"You four students are doing a project under your professor. One of you has done nothing so far whereas all three have completed their task. Now the submission date has come. What should be done?"

Options
• Ask your friend whether he can complete his task within the time left. If "yes," ask him to do that, continuously monitor his progress, and help him if needed. It is responsibility of entire team to complete the project. You do not need to intimate Professor if your friend agrees to complete.
• If your friend can't complete the task but is ready to cooperate and help you all, then discuss among yourself whether you can complete the task. Bring him on board, divide the work among the four of you, and start doing it.
• If your friend is helpless and can't join you in completing the task then discuss among yourself whether you three can do the task, and if yes, then start doing it.
• If you three can't complete the task, then inform your professor immediately, explaining the entire situation and taking your friend along with you.
