1. We have every right to change/delete/add the content on the portal without any announcement. User/buyer is limited to viewing the content and placing order for any book/material/publications available on the website.
2. We can reject order without notice.
3. User is required to provide correct information at the time of placing order. If We feels that the information is incorrect, it is responsibility of the user to provide proof for the information. If required, We can update the information stored in the portal.
4. User/Buyer has to complete payment transaction (amount has to be credited into Institute/Organization account/merchant account) to consider the order as confirmed.
5. Once the order is placed We does not change the shipping address of the order.
6. We have right to use result of the successful candidates for its business promotions.
7. Buyer has to inform by email if product is not delivered, it takes minimum of 48hrs to process every order, and takes min of 7 working days for order delivery.
8. Buyers are restricted from copying/distributing/re-printing the books and material purchased from our website. Any violation of this restriction is punishable by Indian law.
9. The user does not have any right or authority to download/resell/transfer/broadcast/display/distribute/publish/share in any form any of the videos and content from this portal, failing which stringent action shall be initiated against them as per law
10. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorisation for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We do not accept cancellation of the order or refund claims.
We do not accept refund for damaged shipment, if the shipment is damaged bring it to our notice and provide proof for the replacement of shipment.
If the amount is debited more than once for the same order please bring it to our notice. If we receive the amount more than once for the same order then we will refund the extra amount if we do not receive the extra transaction amount then you have to contact your bank for the refund.
